BAINGAN BHARTHA: Smoky roasted eggplants cooked and blended with tomatoes, yogurt and onions with just a subtle hint of spice.
DAAL MAKHNI: A wholesome black Urad lentil, slow cooked and tempered with an onion and tomato masala.
KEEMA AND PALAK: Ground meat cooked in a spiced masala with the added goodness of fresh chopped spinach.
